health,nutrition and exercise

today i want to talk about the title above...
first let we talk about the meaning of health,nutrition and exercise.
the meaning of health is perform some activity to develop physical fitness and overall fitness.
exercise is perform to prevent body from disease such as heart,cardiovascular and diabetes.
nutrition is relationship between diet and health.
we know many type of nutrition like fatty asid,vitamins,sugars,protein and many more.
The more important is health..
health is the level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism at both the micro(cellular) and macro(social) level.the other menaing for health is state of complete phsyical,mental and social activity and not merely the abscense of disease...

Foundation

last blog i have told that i take foundation..
the subject that i take is physics,chemistry,mathematics,assf,English,ielts...
i think only that...

i like all the subject...even the subject is complicated but for that good.because the subject will teach me how to become good person,speak influence in English.
many other thing in this foundation course are great.

i very love about machine,like to create something new...
that why i take mechanical engineering.

i have found the meaning of ingenium..
ingenium is means to create...

lets i talk about the history of mechanical engineering.
the history of this can traced directrly from the anciet world..

although many machine have freely created around the world,the word enginner originally means military engineer.because it derived from the term of engines or war.

today is fine day for me.
we get new friend from ministry of education..

And can use internet in our apartment..
what a newsfor us...

i take foundation in uniten..
and i will tahe a bachelor in mechanical enginering..
for that i hope i can enter ANU(Austarlia National University)

mechanical enginering is an enginering disciplinethat involves the application of of physics..the root word for engineer is Ingenium...
Sorry,i forgot the meaning...
for this i must know thing like mechanics,kinematics,thermodynamics andenergy..

that why i must good result in foundation that base in physics,chemistr,mathematics and ielts...

First time I got in this building,I fell very excited…
I never thought my lecture will perform in the classroom,like my previous school…
Before this,I go to matriculation college..
Many people in one class..almost one hundred and fifty..
That very shock to me..
Because hard to me to study there..
That why I choose ikal…
First day of my lecture..
With the physics lecturer,Dr Yusri Bin Abdul Rahman…
He quite a funny lecturer..
He brief all of us about physics…
And after about 10,20 minutes…
Suddenly Puan Fatimah came in and told us that all ppou student will be brief
Then her split us to 3 team…
One is for the student that get offer to Americans top university..
Student will take this course is from Bank Negara sponsorships and some of felda sponsorships..
Other group is preparation to Australia and New Zealand including me…so I must take foundation and ielts..
The last group is for mara student…
After we all finish for that session,we have to meet the senior…
Good senior…
I hope they can finish their special semester and fly to Australia or New Zealand
That day nothing we do..
Just hanging around…
Until this day,I was very happy with my studies and ikal…
Good chemistry lecturer,and the best mathematic lecturer…
Good day at chemistry and physics lab although late at the evening..
The important one is in every Monday and Wednesday..
We get ielts for listening and writing..

Myself and my life in UNITEN

my nme is Mohd Sahrul Bin Hata

I lived In Kota Tinggi,Johor..
for all the Johorian,let join i.
my previous school is mara Junior Science college Muar..
i have 3 siblings.and i'm the youngest.

from my childhood I wanted to go oversea.
my dream will fulfill if i get a good result in Spm..
and iiiiii get it.i get 9A's in my Spm.

i got many offer for me to go oversea.
first,i got mara loan for medicine to Australia and New Zealand
at kolej Shahputra Kuantan...but i reject it...

and after a fortnight i get scholarships from felda for mechanical enginering.
i like on the moon for that offer..

forget to mention something..before that i got offer to college of matriculation perlis..
i don't want to go.but my mother pursue me to go...

arrggghhh...perlis is far far away from Johor..

but because i get sponsor ship from felda,i really really happy..
i can go oversea..

cause i go to oversea is because i want to help my family..
my family dont reckon me to go oversea..
after a long time,they support me very much..

30 jun,the registration day for me to uniten...

although i spent my time,most of my time at hostel
but university life is different....

my hostel is in kelompok amanah..
for specific in block A1,third floor room number 307

i get a nice room mate.

they are ranniey,fezhil and amshah..
we spent much of our time together

orientation week..
i hate this week...
i very sleepy and tired..
but with a good friend and fesilitator around me....

this the best orientation i ever attend..

with nice ice breaking...
normally,hard for me to remember all their name,but thank god..
i improve my remember skil.
i know mostly of them know..

thing that i never forget...
ppou student have won dikir barat..
we have to do hard training...
and all our hardwork is rought to success..
